Blackburn Point Marina Village, LLC is a condominium association formed in 2005. Blackburn Point has a Condominium Association that is governed by our Declaration, our Bylaws and by Florida’s Statute 718. The goal of this Association is to maintain a quality environment in the community and to help sustain or enhance property values.
